天台智顗的止观医学思想研究

Study on Tiantai Sect Zhiyi's Thoughts of Samathavipa Syana Medicine

自佛教传入我国后,佛教医学也随之传入,与传统的中医学及养生思想融合,形成了中国本土化的佛教医学体系。在南朝陈、隋时期由智顗实际开创的天台宗,强调止观双修,融合佛教医方明,并采纳传统道家、中医的养生理论及方法,形成了独具特色的止观医学思想。在基础理论、病因观、诊病方法、治疗方法、饮食保健、养生吐纳等各方面都有系统的论述,并对后世的坐禅、养生、气功、医疗等影响深远。研究天台智顗的医学思想,有益于深入理解将止观融入到佛教医学中的理论体系,丰富传统医学理论。

Buddhist Medicine was brought in while Buddhism was introduced to China. During the Southern Chen Dynasty and Sui Dynasty, as the founder of Tiantai Sect, Zhiyi developed the specific medical theory of samathavipa syana, combining with Buddhist Medicine, Taoism and Traditional Chinese Medicine. There was a systematic elaboration of the fundamental medical theories, pathogeny, diagnostic method, treatment, food therapy and health breathing in Zhiyi^s samathavipa syana theory, which had made profound implications to meditation, qigong and medical practice. To study Zhiyi＇ s medical thoughts may contribute to a deeper understanding of Buddhist Medicine and enrich theories of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
