摘要
在当前学校中弥散的学生竞争性生活方式,其原因在于当前学校制度实践的现实困境,即学校制度在道德与功利取向的张力中迷失了自身,而追根溯源,其是从初始、过程与结果,即塑造"学生"、制造"竞争"、构建"一致"等方面共同促成了学生竞争性生活方式的实践发生。显然,此一影响无论对于学校中的个体成长、人际构建还是群体发展而言都是不利的。为超越此困境,学校制度需要积极促进竞争性生活方式的整体转向。
The competitive lifestyle diffused in the school now, which rooted in the dilemma of the school system, and this dilemma is the school system lost itself in the tension between the moral and utilitarian. The occurrence of this influence will undoubtedly depend on its initialization, process and result. In fact, its influence is not good for the individual development, relationship building or group development. To beyond this predicament, the school system should undoubtedly promote the turn of the competitive lifestyle.
