文章详细叙述了连环画的历史渊源与艺术特点,阐明了其作为一项古老而独具特色的民族传统艺术,与当代儿童图书馆的收藏及教育职能之间的必然联系。继而从儿童图书馆特色馆藏的角度出发,对馆藏连环画的收藏与利用工作提出了几点思考与建议。

This paper describes the historical origin and artistic features that have necessary connection of collection and education functions of children＇s library. From the perspective of special collections of children＇s library some thinking and suggestions about library collection and utilization of picture--story books are put forward.
