摘要 目的 探讨胃癌mrp基因表达与其病理学的关系。方法 应用RT PCR方法 ,对 1 997年 1月— 2 0 0 1年 9月间手术切除的 83例胃癌组织、癌旁及 72枚淋巴结中的mrp基因表达情况进行检测分析。结果 胃癌组织中mrp阳性率( 4 5 8% )及表达水平 ( 0 .5 1± 0 .30 )高于癌旁组织 ( 1 5 7% ,0 .32± 0 .1 5 ;P <0 .0 1 ) ;肿瘤浸润浆膜、低分化癌、TNMⅢ、Ⅳ期和N2 病例的mrp表达水平 ( 0 .4 6± 0 .2 8,0 .4 7± 0 .2 7,0 .4 5± 0 .2 9,0 .4 3± 0 .2 5 ;P <0 .0 5 )高于肿瘤侵犯粘膜层、高中分化癌、TNMⅠ、Ⅱ期和N0 者 ( 0 .35± 0 .1 9,0 .34± 0 .2 0 ,0 .36± 0 .2 1 ,0 .33± 0 .1 8;P <0 .0 5 )。结论 胃癌组织中mrp表达增高 ;mrp表达与胃癌病灶大小无关 ;其表达水平与肿瘤浸润深度、分化程度、TNM分期及淋巴转移有关 。 Objective To investigate the relationship of mrp gene expression and pathological indexes of gastric cancer. Methods From January 1997 to September 2001, The expression of mrp gene was detected with reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) in 83 cases gastric cancer and paracancerous tissues and 72 lymph node tissues. Results The positive rate and the level of mrp gene expression were 45.8%, 0.51±0.30 in cancer tissue and 15.7%, 0.32±0.15 in paracancerous tissues (P<0.01). The positive rate and the level of mrp gene expression in lymph nodes metastasis tissue were 51.5%, 0.49±0.27 and 7.7%, 0.31±0.14 in non-metastasis lymphnodes tissues (P<0.01). The levels of mrp gene expression were higher in poor-differentiation tumor, cancer infitration serosa, TNM Ⅲ, Ⅳ stage and the patients with with lymph nodes metastasis than that in well-differentiation tumor, tumor with mucous membrane infitration, TNM Ⅰ, Ⅱ stage and the cases without lymph nodes metastasis (P<0.05). Conclusion The over-expression of mrp in gastric cancer tissiues and it is not related with the tumor size. However, the levels of mrp expression. There was significant relationship between mrp gene expression and length, histological type, differentiation degree, invasion depth and lymph nodes metastasis (P<0.05). The expression of mrp gene in metastasized lymph node is consistent with the relative cancer tissues.
