溴素生产过程中,因氯气、蒸汽及初级酸含溴量的波动和人工操作滞后,溴素时有含氯超标。利用半成品初级酸中的溴离子与产品溴素中的游离氯反应,游离氯变成离子氯溶于初级酸中,静置分离得到高品质溴素。

In the production process of bromide, owing to the fluctuation of chlorine, vapor and lower acid as well as the lag of manual operation, there is always the case that bromide has unsafe levels of chlorine. If we take advantage of the bromide ion in the lower acid of semi - finished product to react with the free chlorine of made - up bromide, making the free chlorine into ion chlorine and dissolving in lower acid, we can get the high quality of bromide after resting and separating.
