高压返吐井的放喷与防治配套技术

摘要 针对高压注水井返吐放喷造成管柱失效及盐卡报废等一系列问题,分别从防喷的三个过程即注水中、作业前、作业中的各个环节,研究应用了不同的防吐工艺及放喷防治措施;结合现场实验掌握的放喷控制要点,制定了放喷管理制度,推行了规范化的放喷管理,有效控制了高压注水井的返吐放喷危害,确保了高压注水井正常生产。 Aiming at a series of problems such as tubing's failure and salt blocking caused by blowout of high-pressure injection wells,this paper studies different flowback prevention processes and blowout prevention measures in response to three steps of blowout prevention including water injection,pre-operation and operation.Blowout management system is established to make its management more normalized,thus effectively controlling blowout harm and ensuring regular production of high-pressure injection wells.
