惩治腐败中,"抓早抓小",有针对性地进行防控和矫治,能有效地预防和减少腐败问题的发生。"抓早抓小"须早抓教育常提醒,要突出教育对象、把握教育时机、注重教育内容;"抓早抓小"须早建制度划红线,要提高制度建设的科学化水平,加强重点领域的制度化建设,推进权力公开的透明化机制;"抓早抓小"须早做监督严查处,要加强对风险岗位的廉洁风险防控管理,要保持对违纪违规问题的"零容忍"态度,加大纠正"四风"和查办案件的工作力度。

Focusing on the beginning and the key few can prevent and decrease corruption effectively.In further fighting against corruption,we must emphasizing education as early as possible,stress on the educational object,grasp educational juncture and highlight educational content.We must build the system to draw a red line as early as possible,push forward the power＇s transparent mechanism.We must investigate and treat strictly corruption problems as early as possible,have a ＂zero tolerance＂ with those who have violated the discipline and increase the efforts to fight formalism,bureaucratism,hedonism and extravagance.
