摘要
物资质量的安全是物资供应的根本。本文结合案例分析着重论述了物资采购过程中质量监管的全工作流程,总结了其中常见的一些问题并分析了相关解决措施,以此强调物资质量监督管理在整个物资采购过程中的必要性以及在生产制造过程中起到的关键作用。
Material quality is the fundamental principle of material supply.Combined with case studies,this paper discusses a complete working process of quality control and some common issues in the course of material purchase,followed by the analysis of corresponding countermeasures,in hope to highlight the necessity of supervision and control of material quality in the course of material purchase and its key role in the manufacturing process.
