摘要
在技能人才职位通道建设的创新实践中,江汉油田钻井公司将"标准岗位"评选、"关键岗位"竞聘、高技能职位评聘三个层次连贯为一的整体管理体系,提供了岗位与能力相对应、业绩与荣誉相联系、培养与使用相统一的关键岗位人才选聘和使用的思路和方向。但还要加强技能人才考核评聘过程的监督;加强关键岗位人才后续管理;把技能人才职位通道建设与企业文化建设相融合。
In innovation practice of the path construction of skilled talents,No.1Drilling Company established a complete management system which contains three levels of normal position,key position and high-skilled position,which provides the idea in talent engagement that the position should correspond to one'ability,one's performance link his honor and cultivation and use be unified.The innovation practice requires strengthening procedural supervision of assessment and employment of skilled talents,intensifying follow-up management of key position talents and integrating the path construction with enterprise cultural construction.
