低油价的新常态迫使原油生产企业必须加强物资供应管理工作,提升物资计划、物资采购、物资使用和物资储备等几个重要环节的科学性。在保障企业正常生产的情况下,有效控制材料消耗,降低企业生产成本。
The new situation of low oil price forces the oil production enterprise to enhance supply and management of materials and improve such aspects as material plan,material purchase,material use and material reserve in a scientific way.It is necessary to effectively control materials consumption and reduce enterprise production cost under the condition of normal production.
