益气化瘀解毒方治疗艾滋病临床研究

Clinical Study on the Treatment of AIDS by Yiqi Huayu Jiedu Prescription

目的:观察益气化瘀解毒方治疗艾滋病的临床疗效。方法:将60例艾滋病患者随机分为两组。对照组30例,按常规进行抗病毒治疗;治疗组30例,在对照组用药基础上联合益气化瘀解毒方治疗。比较两组患者治疗后症状体征、卡诺夫斯基积分、CD4+T淋巴细胞计数、肝肾功能及血常规变化情况。结果:治疗组治疗后临床症状体征、卡诺夫斯基积分、CD4+T淋巴细胞计数、肝肾功能及血常规改善情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气化瘀解毒方治疗艾滋病临床疗效显著,且具有保护肝肾功能、提高免疫功能、降低不良反应的作用。

Objective： To observe the clinical study on the treatment of acquined immune deficiency syndrome（ AIDS） by Yiqi Huayu Jiedu prescription. Methods： 60 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group was 30 cases. The control group was given antiviral therapy,the treatment group was given Yiqi Huayu Jiedu prescription based on the control group. After the treatment,compare with the integral of symptoms and signs and Karnofsky,CD4＋T lymphocyte count,liver and kidney function and blood routine. Results： After the treatment,the integral of symptoms and signs and Karnofsky,CD4＋T lymphocyte count,liver and kidney function and blood routine in the treatment group were superior to the control group. The difference was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： It has notable curative effect for the treatment of AIDS by Yiqi Huayu Jiedu prescription,can protect the liver and kidney function,improve the patients＇ immunity,reduce the adverse reaction.
