连花荔芩愈肾汤治疗早期2型糖尿病肾病临床研究

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Early 2 type Diabetic Nephropathy by Lianhua Liqin Yushen Tang

目的:观察连花荔芩愈肾汤治疗早期2型糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法:72例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为治疗组42例,对照组30例。对照组给予糖尿病常规治疗和诺和灵30R(精蛋白生物合成胰岛素注射液)皮下注射;治疗组在对照组的基础上,加用连花荔芩愈肾汤口服,药物组成:黄连12 g,天花粉10 g,荔枝核20 g,黄芩10 g,地龙10 g,水蛭6 g,白花蛇舌草30 g,黄芪10 g,当归10 g,白茅根30 g,葫芦巴10 g,黄柏12 g,蝉蜕10 g,日1剂,水煎,分早晚两次温服。结果:治疗组42例,显效25例,有效15例,无效2例,有效率95.2%;对照组30例,显效9例,有效14例,无效7例,有效率76.7%;两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组胰岛素用量、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、24小时尿蛋白总量显著低于对照组(P均<0.01)。结论:连花荔芩愈肾汤治疗早期2型糖尿病肾病疗效较好。

Objective： To observe the clinical study on the treatment of early 2 type diabetic nephropathy（ DN） by Lianhua Liqin Yushen Tang. Methods： 72 cases were randomly divided into two groups. The control group（ 30 cases） was given conventional therapy and subcutaneous injection of novolin. The treatment group（ 42 cases） was given Lianhua Liqin Yushen Tang based on the control group,medicine composition： Huanglian（ Rhizoma Coptidis） 12 g,Tianhuafen（ Radix Trichosanthis） 10 g,Lizhihe（ Litchi） 20 g,Huangqin（ Baikal Skullcap Root） 10 g,Dilong（ Earthworm） 10 g,Shuizhi（ Leech） 6 g,Baihuasheshecao（ Spreading Hedyotis Herb） 30 g,Huangqi（ Astragalus Root） 10 g,Danggui（ Angelica Sinensis） 10 g,Baimaogen（ Rhizoma Imperatae） 30 g,Huluba（ Fenugreek） 10 g,Huangbai（ Cortex Phellodendri） 12 g,Chantui（ Cicada） 10 g,daily 1 agent,water frying,twice in the morning and evening temperature. Results： In the treatment group,25 cases were markedly effective,effective 15 cases,2 had no effect,the effective rate was 95. 2%. In the control group,9 cases had marked effect,14 cases,7 had no effect,the effective rate was 76. 7%; Efficient compared two groups,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The treatment group of insulin,total cholesterol,three acyl glycerin,24 hours urinary protein significantly lower than control group（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Lianhua Liqin Yushen Tang has a good curative effects on the treatment of early 2 type DN.
