摘要
目的:基于中医学"天人相应"理论,观察季节气候变化对机体免疫学影响的生物学基础。方法:选用对季节变化敏感的金黄地鼠,分为春分、夏至、秋分、冬至4个节气组,每个节气组内又分生理组、伪手术组、手术组,手术组摘除松果腺。动物饲养至春分、夏至、秋分、冬至四个时间点当日,晚8∶00后迅速断头取血,取血清,直接ELISA法测定白介素-1(interleukin-1,IL-1)、IL-6、IL-10。结果:生理组血清IL-1、IL-6含量有季节性变化趋势,IL-1含量表现为夏>春>秋>冬,IL-6含量表现为春>秋>冬>夏,IL-1与IL-6的变化基本呈互补的状态;而手术组则不存在这种规律。生理组血清IL-10含量的亦出现季节性变化趋势,表现为春>冬>夏>秋;手术组摘除松果腺后,则出现了相反趋势,即秋>夏>冬>春。结论:血清白介素含量存在季节性变化规律,松果腺在免疫功能的季节性调节方面发挥部分作用。
objective : Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine "heaven corresponding" , observe the impact of the season on the body immunological biological basis. Methods : Choose sensitive to seasonal changes of the golden mice, divided into the spring equi- nox, summer solstice, autumnal equinox, winter solstice group four solar terms, each throttle and points within the physiological group, pseudo surgery group, surgery group, surgery group removed the pineal gland. Animal feed to the vernal equinox, summer solstice, au- tumnal equinox, winter solstice, four points on the same day, night after 8:00 quickly broken blood, serum, direct ELISA method for de- termination of interleukin 1 ( IL-interleukin-1,1 ) , IL-6, IL-10. Results : The physiological group of serum IL-1, IL-6 levels have seasonal trends, IL-1 content of summer 〉 spring 〉 autumn 〉 winter, IL-6 levels of performance for spring 〉 autumn 〉 winter 〉 summer, IL-1 with the change of IL-6 basic are complementary condition. While there is no such laws in surgical group. Contents of serum IL-10 physiolog- ical is a seasonal trend, characterized by spring 〉 winter 〉 summer 〉 autumn ; After surgical removal of the pineal, appeared opposite tendency, namely autumn 〉 summer 〉 spring 〉 winter. Conclusion : The content of serum interleukin seasonal change rule, the pineal gland in the part of the role of the immune function of seasonal adjustment.
