摘要
目的:研究七种中药的体外抗氧化作用,比较体外清除自由基能力,来指导这些中药在美白祛斑方面的应用。方法:药材粉碎,无水乙醇作溶剂,超声提取各中药材,采用DPPH·法测定各提取液清除自由基的活性并以IC50的值作为评定各中药材体外抗氧化能力的大小。结果:白术、防风、白芷、紫草、牡丹皮、地黄、当归的IC50值分别为11.60 g·L-1、4.17 g·L-1、18.94 g·L-1、21.60 g·L-1、4.17 g·L-1、40.30 g·L-1、8.23 g·L-1,表明抗氧化活性:防风=牡丹皮>当归>白术>白芷>紫草>地黄:结论:七种中药都具有抗氧化活性能力,其中防风和牡丹皮醇提液抗氧化活性能力最强,地黄醇提液抗氧化活性能力最弱。
Objective:To explore the antioxidant activities on 7 kinds of skin-whitening and anti-freckling chinese herbs. Compare the a- bility of scavenging free radicals in vitro, to guide the application of the traditional Chinese medicine in white spot. Methods : crushing the herbs and anhydrous ethanol as solvent, ultrasonic extraction various Chinese medicinal materials, determine the extract by DPPH · method, the activity of scavenging free radicals and IC50 value as the evaluation of each the size of the Chinese herbal medicine in vitro antioxidant capacity. Results:the IC50 of Atractylodes is 11.60 g · L-1 , Radix Sileris is 4.17 g 2L-1 , Dahurian Angelica is 18.94 g ·L-1 ,Lithospermum is 21.60 mg · mL-1 Cortex Moutan is 4.17 g · L-1 Rehmannia Glutinosa Libosch is 40.30 g · L-1 and Chinese Angelica is 8.23 g · L-l, respectively, that means the antioxidant activity of these seven chinese herbs is Radix Sileris = Cortex Moutan 〉 Chinese Angelica 〉 Atractylodes 〉 Dahurian Angelica 〉 Lithospermum 〉 Digitalis. Conclusion : seven kinds of chinese herbs has different ability of removing Free radicals. In sum, Radix Sileris and Cortex Moutan alcohol extract has the strongest ability of remo- ving free radicals, Rehmannia Glutinosa Libosch extract is weakest.
