Discussion on the Impotence by TCM Combined with Western Medicine

阳痿与人体脏腑、经络、气血密切相关,阴茎勃起,由心神启动,由肾阴、肝血、脾精为其提供物质基础,肝气、肾阳、肺气、心气为其提供动力,是一个五脏共参、气血并至的多方协作过程,同时湿热、瘀、痰浊及情志因素也影响本病的发生发展。但中医学对本病的诊疗缺乏一个统一的疗效标准,临床科研设计欠严谨,基础研究滞后。现代医学对阳痿发生机制的认识十分深刻,相关研究已从解剖学、神经血管学进入到分子生物学、基因学层面,但在治疗手段上无重大突破。因此,只有在坚持中医特色治疗理论及方法的同时,吸取现代科学的成果进行探索,才能进一步提高临床治疗阳痿的水平。

Impotence is closely related to human viscera,meridian,Qi and blood. The penile erected by the mind,which the material basis is essence of spleen,kidney Yin,liver blood,and the the power is liver Qi,kidney Yang,lung Qi,heart Qi. The process mixed five zang-organs and Qi,blood. At the same time,hot and humid,blood stasis and phlegm turbidity and the modern factors also affect the incidence of the disease development. But TCM for the disease diagnosis and treatment the curative effect of the lack of a unified standard,not strict clinical scientific research design,the basic research lags behind. Western medicine to the understanding of the mechanism of impotence is very deep,related research has risen from anatomy,the nerve vascular into the molecular biology,genetics,but there is no major breakthrough in the treatment. Therefore,only by insisting on characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine theory and method of treatment,and absorb the achievements of modern science to explore,to further improve the level of clinical treatment of impotence.
