摘要
"七情"(《神农本草经》)指的是中药配伍的基本内容;而"君臣佐使"(《神农本草经》)为方剂学术语,是方剂配伍组成的基本原则;"十八反"(《儒门事亲》)、"十九畏"(《珍珠补囊药性赋》)指的是配伍禁忌;药对(《药对》)则是中药配伍的一种形式。"七情"在近代以前即是"配伍",在现代文献中只是中药配伍的基本形式,而现代对于药物的配合使用已远远超过了其基本内容,"七情"已不能准确概括药物之间的配合关系,从而产生了"配伍"这个概念,"配伍"既能保持原意,又能广泛地概括药物之间的配合关系,更能确切地反应术语的内涵。所以"配伍"作为单味药的应用同药与药之间的相互关系的规范术语符合考证结果。
Objective: This paper through textual research of compatibility and related terminology. We provide reference for the standard naming of compatibility and the correct using of related terms。Methods: This paper uses comparative,analysis and other methods,refer to the textual research of ancient and modern literature,analysis of the relationship between compatibility and its related words. Results:The " seven emotions" refers to the basic content of the compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine; and " monarch" is the terminology of pharmacology of traditional Chinese medicine,is the basic principle for compatibility. " eighteen antagonisms" and " nineteen counteraction" refers to the contraindication of compatibility; " couplet medicine" is a form of traditional Chinese medicine. Conclusion: " Seven emotions" in premodern age was " compatibility",but in the modern literature is the basic form of compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine,and the simultaneous use of drugs in modern times has far outpaced the basic content,the " seven emotions" cannot accurately summarized cooperate relationship between drugs,so produced this concept of " compatibility", " compatibility" not only can keep original intention,but also can widely cooperate relationship between drugs,more exactly expression the connotation of terms. So, " compatibility" as the application of single herbs and relationship between drugs standard term is in line with research results.
