准中Ⅰ区块提速钻井液技术 被引量:3

ROP enhancing drilling fluid technology for block Ⅰof central Junggar Basin

摘要 准中Ⅰ区块地层岩性复杂,钻井过程中存在上部地层泥包、阻卡严重、西山窑组煤层坍塌及三工河组硬脆性泥岩垮塌等复杂情况,致使机械钻速低,钻完井作业时间长。在分析现用钻井液的基础上,通过优化胺基聚醇防塌钻井液配方,研发了胺基硅醇防塌钻井液,该体系抑制性好,封堵性强。胺基硅醇钻井液在准中Ⅰ区块庄301井和征1-4井进行了现场应用,施工中井壁稳定,全井机械钻速较邻井分别提高18%和50%,钻井周期分别缩短25%和20%,取得了优快钻井的效果。 The formation lithology is complex in the blockⅠ of central Junggar Basin. In drilling process,there were down- hole complex problems such as serious bit balling and blockage in upper formation,coalbed collapse in Xishanyao Formation,and sloughing of hard brittle mudstones in Sangonghe Formation,and so on,thus resulting in lower rate of penetration( ROP) and longer working time of drilling and completion. Based on the analyses of the current drilling fluids used in the block,the formula of amine polymeric alcohol drilling fluid was optimized,and the amine polymeric silanol drilling fluid was developed. The system has high inhibitive capability and strong plugging. In Zhuang 301 well and Zheng 1- 4well,the results showed that due to the stable wellbores,the ROP was increased by 18% and 20%,respectively. And then the drilling period was respectively shortened by 25% and 20% compared with the adjacent wells. As a result,the effect of optimal and fast drilling was achieved.
