摘要
某工程为框架剪力墙结构地下室的刚度较大,由于地下水位上升导致地下室上浮使建筑物倾斜。结合该工程倾斜后的基础底部状况,采取井点降水的方法控制建筑物沉降,采用抽砂机械对基础下的砂土进行清除。同时,在纠倾施工中采用结构竖向位移监测、整体倾斜监测和结构应力应变监测等监控,实现了纠倾施工的信息化监控,确保了结构和施工安全。
In a frame shear wall structure project, the basement has relatively high rigidity and basement upfloating due to underground level increase causes building inclination. Considering the condition of foundation bottom after inclination, well point dewatering method is used to control the settlement of building, the sandy soil at foundation bottom is cleared by sand-suction machine. Various monitoring systems, such as longitudinal structural displacement monitoring, integral inclination monitoring and structure stress monitoring, etc., are adopted during inclination correction construction, to successfully realize information-based control of inclination correction and guarantee structural safety and construction safety.
