摘要
早拆施工除了需考虑强度和支撑跨度外,尚应考虑混凝土强度等级和楼板厚度影响。基于现行规范,通过采用素混凝土梁开裂弯矩数值和构件按弹性匀值材料(素混凝土单一材料)截面应力两种方法,对楼板在自重作用下的结构表面应力进行了计算分析。给出了现浇混凝土楼板按50%设计强度实施早拆的施工计算和控制建议。
In addition to strength and supporting span, early dismantlement construction shall also take the influences of concrete strength class and floor slab thickness into consideration. Based on applicable specifications, the following two methods, including cracking bending moment of plain concrete beam and cross-section stress of component taken as material with average elasticity (only plain concrete), etc., are adopted to calculate and analyze the structural surface stress under self-weight of floor slab. It is suggested that early dismantlement calculation and control of cast-in-place concrete floor slab shall be carried out according to 50% of the design strength.
