摘要
某电厂汽机房屋架采用钢网架结构,在首跨网架装完后,汽机房行车及时安装就位并投用,利用行车搭建了组合平台,以高空散装法替代高空滑移方案安装完其余钢网架。对周期长的重大施工验收项目,采用分阶段推进项目的管理途径。对此钢网架安装实体质量,通过多方几个阶段联合实地检测,再对比分析不同时段的质量检测数据,可如实反映出网架结构安装质量状况。
The steam engine room of a power plant adopts steel grid structure. Traveling crane is installed and put into service immediately after installation of the first span of the grid structure and then assembly platform is erected. High-altitude sliding method is replaced by high-altitude assembly method to install other parts of the grid. Important acceptance requiring long period is managed in different phases. Construction quality of the steel grid structure is inspected by several parties in different phases and these inspection results are analyzed to show the actual construction quality of the grid structure.
