摘要
用系统工程理论剖析了近几年来我国建筑防水工程质量下降的根本原因,并提出运用该理论对防水工程质量进行控制,即不能仅依赖于防水材料质量的最优化,而要从整个防水工程系统组成要素上加以控制,尤其应重视对影响施工质量各环节因素的控制。
This article analyses root cause for quality decline of building waterproofing engineering in China in the last few years by system engineering theory, and suggests controlling waterproofing engineering quality by this theory. We should not rely solely on the optimization of quality of waterproofing materials, but also control the composition of the whole waterproofing engineering system, especially pay attention to the control of influencing factors on construction quality.
