摘要
以硅烷封端聚醚预聚物为基胶,加入除水剂、交联剂、增塑剂、填料、偶联剂、催化剂等助剂,制备了一种超高伸长率的单组分硅烷封端聚醚密封胶,并研究了增塑剂的类型、填料的用量、偶联剂的种类及预聚物的配比对密封胶性能的影响。
High elongation silane-terminated one component polyether sealant was prepared by silane-terminatedpolyether as the basic gel, water removal agent, cross linker, plasticizer, fillers, coupling agent, catalyst and other assisting agent. The influences of kinds of plasticizer, content of filler, kinds of coupling agent and ratio of prepolymer on properties of the sealant were studied.
