子宫肌瘤剔除术中联合应用卡前列甲酯栓和卡络磺钠止血的临床研究

The study of hemostatic effect of hysteromyomectomy by the methyl carprost suppository and carbazochrome sodium sulfonate

目的观察卡前列甲酯栓联合卡络磺钠在子宫肌瘤剔除术中用于止血的的临床效果。方法选取2010年3月—2012年7月平凉市第二人民医院妇科子宫肌瘤剔除术的患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,其中治疗组30例,采用术前阴道放置卡前列甲酯栓联合术中及术后静脉给予卡络磺钠的治疗;对照组30例,术后采用静脉滴注缩宫素,比较两组患者术中出血量、术后发热率、术后血红蛋白下降水平、术后肠功能恢复时间,计量资料采用t检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果两组患者均治愈出院。治疗组与对照组相比,术中出血量明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组血红蛋白下降水平小,术后肠功能恢复时间短,术后吸收热持续时间短,治疗组的应用减少了手术并发症。结论子宫肌瘤剔除术中使用卡前列甲酯栓和卡络磺钠可明显减少术中出血量,值得临床进一步推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of hemostasis in vaginal myomectomy. Methods From March 2010 to June 2012, a total of 60 women with hysteromyoma were included in the study, and were divided randomly into two groups. Treatment group（n =30） was received Methyl carprost suppository in vagina before operation and Carbazochrome Sodium Sulfonate after operation. Control group（ n = 30） was received oxytocin after operation. The ＇blood loss, fever rate after surgery , hemoglobin levels before and after surgery and intestinal function recovery time. Measurement data was pro- cessod by t test, the result of P 〈 0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results All the operations were successfully completed. The blood loss during the operation of treatment group and the postoperative change of hemoglobin after opera- tion were significantly less than that of control group （P 〈 0.05 ）The decrease of hemoglobin after operation in the treatment group were less than that of control group. The intestinal ruction recovery time and absorbing heat after surgery in the treat- ment are less than that of control group. Conclusions Methyl carprost suppository joint Carbazochrome Sodium Sulfonate can decrease intraoperative blood loss. The application of them in hysteron - myomectomy can be an effective hemostasis, it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
