摘要
采用资产价值法、市场价值法、影子工程法、碳税法,工业制氧法,造林成本法和替代法等评估了乌伦古河湿地生态系统服务功能价值。结果表明:乌伦古河湿地生态系统服务功能总价值为76 321.77×104元/a,其中资源供给服务功能价值为13 783.53×104元/a,调节服务功能价值为42 665.17×104元/a,支持服务功能价值为18 894.71×104元/a,科研文化服务价值为978.36×104元/a。在所评估的8项湿地生态系统服务功能价值中,比重较大的为涵养水源与调蓄洪水价值和固碳释氧价值,分别为22 110.00×104元/a和20 555.17×104元/a,其余按其价值量大小依次排序为供水与蓄水、保育土壤、生物多样性、栖息地、提供食物和原材料及科研文化价值。作为新疆重点湿地之一,乌伦古河湿地对人类社会的发展,流域的生态安全有很重要的意义,可为乌伦古河湿地资源的合理开发利用和管理提供科学依据。
The ecosystem service value of Olunggur River wetland were evaluated by using the asset value method, market value method, shadow engineering method, carbon tax method, industrial oxygen producing method, afforestation cost method and substitution method. The results showed that, the total ecosystem service value of Olunggur River wetland was RMB 76 321.77±104 yuan/year, of which the value of resource supply was RMB 13 783.53±104 yuan/year, regulating service value was RMB 42 665.17±104yuan/year, supporting service value was RMB 18 894.71±104 yuan/year and culture service value was RMB 978.36±104Yuan/year. Among the assessed 8 indicators for wetland ecosystem services, water conservation and lfood regulation, and oxygen release accounted for larger proportions, respectively RMB 22 110.00±104Yuan/year, RMB 20 555.17±104 Yuan/year. Followed by conservation of water value, conservation of soil service value, biodiversity service value, habitat service value, food and raw materials supply value and culture service value. Olunggur River wetland is very important for the development of human society and ecological safety of the whole river basin, this study provides a scientiifc basis for the Rational exploitation and management of Olunggur River wetland resources.
