摘要
基于Kisssoft软件对某减速器中的斜齿轮副相关参数进行分析计算,针对齿面中出现的沿齿宽方向的应力集中以及传递误差波动现象,采用不同的修形方式对斜齿轮副轮齿进行修形设计。研究结果表明:采用齿廓修形与鼓形修形相结合的综合修形方式对齿轮轮齿修形后,提高了斜齿轮的强度,改善了斜齿轮的传动性能,提高了啮合质量,计算结果符合实际情况。
The design parameters of helical gear pairs in gear box were analyzed with Kisssoft software.The helical gear tooth was modified by the different modification methods regarding to the stress concen-tration phenomenon along tooth width direction and the fluctuation phenomenon of transferring error.The results show the intensity and drive performance of the gears are improved after modifying the heli-cal gear tooth by using the comprehensive modification method including the tooth profile modificationand drum gear modification, and the meshing quality is improved. The analysis results are more in goodagreement with the actual condition.
