摘要
以某汽车公司总装车间工艺投资改善项目为基础,通过现场观察、测量与分析,根据现场工位实际情况与生产线的工艺优化原理,对总装S2线风挡玻璃安装区域从涂胶机器人、风挡玻璃输送带和移载设备3个方面的进行了改造,提高了S2线风挡玻璃安装操作效率。
On the basis of process improvement projects for a car assembly workshop, through the fieldobservation, measurement and analysis, according to the actual situation of working position and theprinciple of process optimization of the production line, the windshield installation area of S2 assemblyline was improved from three aspects of the glue robot, windshield conveying belt and transfer equip-ment. It improves the efficiency of S2 line windshield installation operation.
