自动售票机系统的总体设计和分析

摘要 随着现代都市交通拥挤问题越来越严重,城市轨道交通因其可以极大的缓解这个问题而得到了快速发展。自动售检票系统AFC(Automatic Fare and Collection)是城市轨道交通的重要组成部分,以无需工作人员看守的方式高效准确的完成车票的交易和进出站检票。而自动售票机TVM(Ticket Vending Machine)作为AFC系统中最重要的设备之一,真正完成对车票的发售及对交易的记录。并且自动售票机与乘客有直接的接触,因此保证自动售票机的软件系统的健壮性、稳定性等及其重要。自动售票机的软件系统主要包括对票务的处理(票务系统)、对财务的处理(财务系统)以及与乘客的交互界面(UI)。 As the urban traffic jam becomes more and more serious, urban rail transit has developed rapidly because it can greatly alleviate this problem. Being an important part of urban rail traffic system, automatic fare and collection system (AFC) can make ticket trading and collection efficiently and accurately with no staff to guard when passengers enter or exit the station. The ticket vending machine which is one of the most important equipment of the AFC system really carries out the work of ticket selling and transaction recording. The ticket vending machine directly contacts with passengers, so it is very important to ensure the robustness and stability of the software system of this machine. The software system of ticket vending machine includes ticketing system for ticketing processing, financial system for financial processing and interface with passengers (UI).
