发展交易银行应客观分析内、外部环境,特别是国家新型发展战略部署、监管导向、利率市场化、金融脱媒、互联网金融等因素的影响。应确定科学的发展目标,实现资源整合最优化、适应客户交易化、管理效率最高化、经营收益最大化、风险控制最低化。必须结合转型目标,紧紧围绕客户的交易目标、交易行为、交易风险、交易需求、交易区域、交易成果等流程,来设计交易银行的核算体系、组织结构体系、客户体系、产品体系、风控体系等。应充分运用互联网思维和互联网工具,站在互联网平台基础上,对交易银行供应链金融、贸易融资、现金管理等基础业务,根据发展趋势来整合资源、跨界经营、培养人才、创新产品,以提升交易银行的竞争能力。

Developing the trade bank should firstly analyze the internal and external environment, especially the effects factors such as deployment of the country＇s new development strategy, regulatory guidance, interest rate marketization, financial disintermediation and internet finance. Then we should decide the development goal of science, and realize the optimization of resources integration, to adapt to the customer transactions, highest management efficiency, operating profit maximization, risk minimization of control. It must be combined with the transformation target, closely around the customer＇s trading goals, transaction behavior, trade risk, trade demand, trade area, results, etc. Then to design the trading bank accounting system, the structure of the organization system, customer system, production system, wind system. We should full use internet thinking and internet tool, standing on the basis of the Internet platform, the transaction bank supply chain finance, trade financing, cash management, and other basic business, according to the development trend, to integrate resources, crossover operation, training talents, and innovative products, to enhance the trade competition ability of the bank.
