Research on Function Mechanism of Different Types of Industrial Network to Enterprise Network Capability and Innovation Performance

不同类型的产业网络对企业网络能力与创新绩效的作用机理不同,同时对企业网络能力的构建及其发挥作用的过程机制都具有重大影响。依据产业网络的治理原则与制度安排的差异,把产业网络类型分为契约型产业网络和嵌入型产业网络,并就其对企业网络能力与创新绩效的作用机理进行实证研究后发现:嵌入型产业网络影响网络关系管理能力对产业网络关系维度作用的发挥,契约型产业网络影响企业网络占位能力对产业网络结构维度作用的发挥;嵌入型产业网络影响网络关系管理能力对企业创新绩效作用的发挥,契约型产业网络影响企业网络占位能力对企业创新绩效作用的发挥。

Different types of industrial network to the enterprise network capability and innovation performance of the mechanism is different, at the same time for the construction of enterprise network capacity and its function mechanism in the process of all have significant impact. Based on the differences of governance principles and Institutional arrangements, the network is classified into contract industry network and embedded type industry network, and the function mechanism to enterprise network capability and innovation performance has been conducted empirical research. The results show that embedded type industry influences network relationship management ability to play the role of industrial network dimension and enterprise innovation performance, while contract industry network influences enterprise network plaeeholder ability to play the role of industrial network structure dimensions and enterprise innovation performance.
