摘要
快开装置能有效提高工作效率而被广泛应用,在高压应用领域,其安全性尤为重要。为分析设计的高压齿啮式快开装置的受力情况及应力分布特点,建立了有限元计算模型,进行了有限元分析。在得到各部件的应力分布规律后,对危险截面进行应力线性化处理,最后对各线性化路径结果进行分类及评定和循环载荷的疲劳评定。分析结果表明,各结构部件所受应力均在安全范围内,疲劳强度也满足要求,设计的装置结构安全可靠。
In order to analyze the loads acting to high pressure tooth-lock quick-opening device and the stress distribution in it, in this article, one finite element model was established and the analysis was carried out. The distribution of stresses was obtained first, and stress linearization at key location was performed. Then, the stress categorization and assessment, including fatigue assessment, were carried out. It was shown in the results that the stresses in all locations were within safety limit and the fatigue strength was also met the requirement, thus this designed structure is safe and reliable.
