通过公式推导,验证了新老标准在锥形封头计算上的相通性,总结了新标准中锥形封头计算与碟形封头计算的相似之处,订正了锥形封头计算式中一处小的错误,并编制了锥形封头内表面积、容积、质量的计算软件,解决了当采用新标准进行设计计算时,锥形封头的数据没有形式参数表可查的问题,使锥形封头设计变得方便快捷,大大提高了工作效率。

From derived equation, the consistency of calculation methods in old and new standards for conical head was verified in this article. The similarity in the equations for conical and torispherical heads in the new standard was summarized. One en＇or in the equation for conical head was pointed and corrected. The software for calculating inner surface area, volume and mass of conical head was made, and by using it, the problem that there is no form parameter table for selection of conical head was solved so that it makes conical head design more convenient and swift and the efficiency of design was greatly enhanced.
