摘要
某钢铁企业650 m3氧气球罐在历次检验中发现对接焊缝上有较多的表面裂纹,针对该球罐主体材质07Mn Cr Mo VR高强钢的焊接特点,对裂纹部位进行复膜金相和硬度测定,从裂纹分布形貌和产生机理综合分析,认为属于焊接冷裂纹中的延迟裂纹,不属于再热裂纹,并提出相应处理和预防措施。
In several inspections for one 650 m3 oxygen spherical tank, quite a lot cracks were found in weld seams. With respect to the characteristics of welding for material of 07MnCrMoVR, the metallographic composition and the hardness around cracks were measured. Based on comprehensive analysis, it was considered that the cracks are postweld relayed cold cracks, and are not reheated cracks. Then, the related treating and protecting measures were presented.
