Requirements in Selection and Confi guration of Recovery Gas Compressor in UNIPOL Polypropylene Plant

介绍了UNIPOL聚丙烯装置中回收气压缩机的工况特点,分析认为采用非接触式迷宫密封的往复活塞式压缩机能够很好地满足该装置回收气压缩机的技术要求,讨论了回收气压缩机的型式、结构、气体温度控制,以及压缩机的润滑、冷却、能力调节和电仪等辅助系统的配置要求,对类似用途压缩机的选型具有参考意义。

In this article, the working condition of gas recovery compressor used in UNIPOL polypropylene plant were introduced. Based on analysis, it was considered that use of labyrinth reciprocating compressor can meet the requirements in specification for the compressor used in this plant. Required features of gas recovery compressor, including form, structure, gas temperature control, lubrication, cooling, ability adjustment and auxiliary instruments, were discussed. What presented herein may be valuable in later selection and design of compressor.
