泉州市中心城区体育场地建设现状——以泉州市丰泽区为例

The Status of Sports Field Construction in Central District of Quanzhou City——Case study of Fengze District

采用文献法、逻辑分析法、数理统计法和专家访谈法,以全国第六次体育场地普查数据为依据,对泉州市中心城区的丰泽区体育场地数量、规模、类型、投资、分布、运营等进行了研究。结果表明:丰泽区每万人拥有体育场地数量低于泉州平均水平,但场地质量较高;场地规模占泉州市比例较大,特别是建筑面积占到泉州市的25.52%,但人均场地面积略高于泉州平均水平,达到1.45m2;场地人均投资为2 699.87元,大大高于泉州市886元的平均水平,且财政拨款占投资总额的71.27%。政府应进一步做好体育场地建设总体规划、不断更新经营管理理念、逐步引进市场化的运营机制、盘活存量提高丰泽区体育场地的开放率与运营效率。

By the methods of literature study,logical analysis,interview,mathematical statistics,and based on the data of the Sixth National Sport-Venue Investigation,this research made a study of the quantities,scale,type,investment,distribution,operations in Fengze district.The result shows that：the number of Fengze average sports venue among each myriad people is less than Quanzhou,but the quality of the sports venue is much better,construction area account for 25.52% of the Quanzhou city,pervenue area is 1.45 m2 slightly higher than the average level in Quanzhou, per venue investment is 2 699.87 yuan greatly higher than the average level in Quanzhou 886 yuan,finance allocates funds accounted for 71.27% of the total amount of investment.The government should make an exquisite planning to the sports venue construction,constantly updated management concept, gradually introducing market operating mechanism,revitalize the stock increase the Fengze district sports venues open rate and operating efficiency.
