基于应用型人才培养的教改实践与探索——以泉州师范学院为例

The Practice and Exploration of Educational Reform for the Training of Application-type-talents——Taking Quanzhou Normal University as an Example

人才培养是高校的中心工作。如何培养应用型人才是地方性本科院校的一大课题。文章分析了国内外应用型本科人才培养模式的研究与实践状况,并以泉州师范学院为例论述了地方性应用型本科院校如何本着"立足地方,服务社会"的办学指导思想,围绕夯实"科学基础"、培育"人文素养"、提升"实践能力"三大方面,积极推进教育教学改革,创新人才培养模式,提高应用型人才培养质量的探索与实践。

As the central job of universities,the training of talents,especially the training of applica-tion-type-talents,has become a major project for local universities.Based on the analysis of the practices and training modes of application-type-talents both home and abroad,the article takes Quanzhou Normal University as an example to expound the questions like how could local application-type universities,which is supposed to be grounded on locality to serve the society,follow the princi-ples of “reinforcing the scientific basis”,“developing humanistic quality”,“improving the practical a-bility”,to promote the educational reform,innovate the modes of professional training,and improve the efficiency of professional training.
