高校辅导员队伍建设关系着大学生思想政治教育的成效,为学校良性运行奠定基础。由于诸多原因,导致部分辅导员职业规划难以定向,职业认同感弱,影响着其作用的发挥。《高等学校辅导员职业能力标准(暂行)》科学划分"初级-中级-高级"职业等级,构筑了学习型、经验型、专家型"三型一体"的职业规划路线,这将有利于增强高校辅导员的职业认同感。
