摘要
通过访谈和问卷调研对泉州地区六所高校图书馆女性馆员的职业倦怠进行了实证分析,并提出了自我应对策略。虽然存在样本选择和大小的局限,不能以偏概全,但也从一个侧面反映出我国图书馆业女性职业倦怠的现状,理论上可丰富图书馆员职业倦怠研究的视角和内容,实践上有助于指导女性馆员走出职业倦怠的误区,实现自我的可持续发展。
At present paper,occupational burnout of female librarian of Quanzhou normal university is analyzed demonstratively through interview and questionnaire survey,then self coping strategies is suggested.Although the sample selection and size limitations exist and call not overgeneralized,but from one side it can reflect present situation of our country’s library industry female occupation burn-out.Theorically,it can enrich the research library staff occupation burnout angle and content.Practical-ly,it can help women librarians get out of occupation burnout and realize the sustainable development of self.
