浅埋深矿井采空区外部大漏风均压防治技术 被引量:8

摘要 为准确计算采用均压防治外部漏风时调压风机的压力,研究了基于矿井风网解算的均压通风计算模型。通过对均压通风原理及其在矿井内、外部漏风防治中技术特点的分析,结合通风网络解算原理,建立了均压防治外部漏风的计算模型,其计算结果显示调压风机升压力取决于矿井通风阻力的分布。依据红柳林矿井浅埋开采形成的采空区外部漏风现场观测数据,评估了漏风对矿井通风系统稳定性的影响,并设计了调压风机与风窗联合的均压通风方案。该方案采用网络解算软件计算了15207采煤工作面采空区外部漏风分支风阻与进风段通风阻力,确定了调压风机升压值与风窗的控风参数,实施后取得了预期效果。现场的成功应用表明了此技术的正确性,对同类矿井具有借鉴意义。 To predict exactly the pressures of regulating fans that ges by balancing the pressure between the working face and the are used to prevent external air leaka- ground surface, a pressure balancing ventilation method is studied based on the theory of coalmine ventilation network calculation. The char- acteristics of pressure balancing theory' s application to preventing internal and external air leakage of coal mines are analyzed to facilitate the establishment of a pressure balancing calculation model to pre- vent external air leakages of coalmine. The results show that the pressure increase depends on the distri- bution of coalmine' s ventilation resistance. The data observed on site shows the current status of external air leakage due to the extraction of shallow buried coal seam in Hongliulin coal mine area, which is used to evaluate tile impact of external air 1 the software of coalmine' s ventilation eakage on the stability of coal mine' s ventilation system. By using network calculation, a plan that combines pressure regulating fans and air windows is designed to determine the pressure drops of branches involving both external air leak- age branch through the gob area and that in the intake airflow section of the ventilation system of Hongli- ulin coalmine. In this way the pressure airflow regulation are calculated. The needed to be increased as well as the air windows' parameters of application of this plan has achieved the expected effects, which validates the pressure balancing technology, which has a referencing significance to coalmines with simi-lar conditions.
