工作压力、自我效能感与工作满意度相关研究——基于矿业院校学生管理者的心理研究 被引量:4

摘要 随着高校的扩招,从事学生工作管理者的工作任务越来越重,由工作压力而引发的心理及工作状态问题已成为关系高等教育人才培养的重要课题。文中采用工作压力、自我效能感和工作满意度3个量表对陕西、山东和新疆3个省市5所矿业院校共计216名学生工作管理者进行了问卷调查,旨在探讨矿业院校学生工作管理者的工作压力、自我效能感与工作满意度的关系。结果发现,阻断性压力源与自我效能感、工作满意度呈显著负相关,自我效能感与工作满意度呈显著正相关。阻断性压力源不仅对工作满意度有直接预测作用,还可以通过自我效能起间接预测作用。因此,自我效能感在工作压力和工作满意度之间起部分中介作用。 With college expanding enrollment, the work tasks of student managers are getting heavier, and the problem on psychological and working status caused by work stress for them has become an important issue related to the training of higher talented person. To explore the relationship between work stress, self-efficacy and job satisfaction,we surveyed a total of 216 college managers with 5 mining institutions from 3 provinces of Shaanxi, Shandong, and Xinjiang by using the Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire, the General Self-Efficacy Scale and the Working Pressure Questionnaire. The results show that the bloc- king pressure source of college counselors had significant negative correlation with self-efficacy and job satisfaction, and significant positive correlation was observed between self-efficacy and job satisfaction; blocking pressure source not only could predict job satisfaction directly, but also played a mediating role by self-efficacy partly. Therefore, self-efficacy could be a part mediator on the relationship between workstress and job satisfaction.
