全民法治意识的增强对法治社会建设、公民社会完善、市场经济运行有着重要意义。由于没有真正理解何为法治意识,没有树立法治信仰,且受传统文化、执法司法等因素影响,全民的法治意识亟待提高。新常态下,建立良法、注重善治、加强法治宣传教育、与人的社会化过程相结合、重视道德建设是增强全民法治意识的有效路径选择。

To enhance the whole people＇s legal consciousnesses has important implications for the social construction by the rule of law, perfection of civil eosiety and operation of market economy. In the new normality, without full understanding of the legal consciousness and establishment of the belief in the rule of law, affected by the factors of traditional culutre and the law enforcement and jdicature, the whole people＇s legal awareness such as establishing the good law, strengthening the legal publicity and education, combining with the human socialization process and paying attention to the leading role of the law enforcement and judicature and attaching great importance to the moral construction .
