高校党内民主法治化建设探析

On the Construction of the Inner-Party Democracy of Colleges and Universities in the Process of Legalization

大力发展高校党内民主法治化水平,是党的建设重要组成部分。但是目前高校党内民主建设仍然存在认识、制度和实践层面的问题,严重地阻碍着高校党内民主建设。不仅需要在思想认识、价值功能上促进校园民主,还需要在具体操作上,从四大环节来加强高校党内民主,建设法治化。

Developing the level of inner-Party democracy under the rule of law in colleges and universities is an significant part of the Party building. However, at present there are still several problems in cognition, system and practice level concrning the construction of the inner-Party democracy in colleges and universities, which seriously hinders the construction of inner-Party democracy. Thus, in the aspects of ideological understanding and value function we should take measures to promote campus democracy and take specific actions from the four key links to strengthen the construction of inner-Party democracy under the rule of law.
