Comparative Analysis of the Efficacy of MEBT/MEBO and Dry Exposed Therapy in Treating 2 nd Degree Burn at High Altitude

目的 比较MEBT/MEBO ,干性暴露和半暴露疗法对高原Ⅱ度烧伤创面治疗效果。方法 采用MEBT/MEBO、干性暴露疗法分别处理高原浅Ⅱ度和深Ⅱ度烧伤创面。结果 MEBT/MEBO对高原浅Ⅱ度和深Ⅱ度烧伤创面止痛效果好 ,愈合快 ,疤痕组织不明显。

Objective To compare the therapeutic effect of MEBT/MEBO, and dry exposed in treating 2 nd degree face burn at High Altitude. Methods The results were statistically analyzed on the basis of the wound healing time (days) of the two treating methods. Results The analytical results proved that MEBT/MEBO has the shortest wound healing time for superficial and deep 2 nd degree burn and has good pain relieving effect. No scar formed after healing. Conclusion MEBT/MEBO is superior to dry exposed therapy.
