三高平汤治疗高血脂高血黏度高血压临床研究

Clinical Study of Sangaoping Decoction for the Treatment of Hyperlipidemia,Blood Hyperviscosity and Hypertension

目的观察三高平汤对血脂指标异常、血流变指标异常、血压升高的治疗效果与其安全性。方法使用随机平行对照方法,将172例高脂血症、高黏血症、高血压门诊患者按掷骰子法简单随机分为2组,治疗组86例,对照组86例;治疗组服用中药复方提取物三高平汤治疗,观察时间3个月,对照组常规口服洛伐他汀片,观察时间3个月;观察2组治疗前后血脂指标TC、Tg,LDL-C、HDL-C变化情况以及2组间的差异,观察2组治疗前后中医证候积分、证候疗效及2组间差异,观察两组治疗前后血流变指标HS、LS、PV、ESR、HT变化情况及2组之间的差异,观察两组治疗前后血压改善情况及组间的差异,三高平汤安全性。结果经3个月治疗,2组临床症状改善情况、治疗前后血脂指标变化、治疗前后中医证候积分变化比较、中医证候疗效比较、血液黏稠度改善比较、血压改善比较,治疗组均显示出优势,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论三高平汤对血脂指标异常、血流变指标异常、血压升高有较好的治疗效果,三高平汤未见明显毒副作用。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect and safety of Sangaoping Decoction on the treatment of serum lipid abnormality, blood rheology abnormality and blood pressure elevation. Methods： A randomized parallel controlled method was used to divide 172 patients into a treatment group and a control group, 86 per group. The treatment group was treated withSangaoping Decoction while the control group was treated with oral lovastatin tablets, for 3 months The changes and differences of TC, Tg, LDL - C and HDL - C of the two groups and TCM symptom scores, syndrome effects and the difference between the two groups were observed before and after the treatment. The changes and differences of HS, LS, PV, ESR, HT of the two groups and their blood pressure improvement and differences as well as the safety of Sangaoping Decoction were observed before and after the treatment. Results ： After a three - month treatment, in comparison of the clinical symptom improvement, lipid indicator changes, symptom scores, TCM syndrome effect,blood viscosity improvement and blood pressure improvement of the two groups before and after the treatment, the treatment group showed superiority, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 orP 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion ： Sangaoping Decoction has a better therapeutic effect on the treatment of serum lipid abnormality, blood rheology abnor-malitiy and high blood pressure and has no significant side effect.
