脑源性神经营养因子在阿片类物质依赖及复吸中的变化及其机制 被引量:2

摘要 阿片类药物包括吗啡、海洛因、派替啶、美沙酮等,长期使用这些药物会产生依赖,即一种伴有强迫性觅药和用药行为的慢性、可重复出现的大脑疾病.阿片类物质依赖不仅对个人和家庭造成沉重的精神及多方面的负担,还给社会带来很大的危害.目前研究表明,多次应用阿片类药物可引起脑内有关神经部位出现形态及功能的适应性变化,也是导致阿片类物质依赖和戒断后复吸的重要神经生物学基础,其中信号转导分子的适应性变化起重要作用.
