摘要
民营企业高层次人才是在民营企业中具有一定的专业知识或专门技能,能进行创造性劳动、并为民营企业创造较高价值的复合型人才。民营企业高层次人才的管理具有复合、灵活、情感、宽容等特点。民营企业高层次人才是推动民营企业发展的支柱,在引领企业思想创新、管理创新、技术创新、文化创新诸方面发挥举足轻重的作用。但当下民营企业高层次人才管理存在数量不够、质量不高,结构不合理、流失严重等问题,严重地制约了企业的发展。因此,企业必须从管理理念、制度、机制、模式等方面对民营企业高层次人才进行创新管理。
The talents with higher-level knowledge in the private industry are those who are of special knowledge and know-how. They can create more value for the private industry. They are of the particulars such as tolerance and multi-competence. They are back-borne in the private industry. They always display the important roles in the fields of innovation such as ideas, technology, management and culture. At present there existed some problems such as lack of the quantity and quality of the higher technicians. There are unreasonable structure and loss of technicians. It is, therefore, that the private industry should innovate the management of ideas and systems in order to keep more higher-level talents in the private industry.
