摘要
以上海市1991-2013年的时间序列数据为样本,以城市创新能力为被解释变量,以经济增长、教育水平、科技人员投入、科技资金投入、居民生活水平、城市环境为被解释变量,建立多元线性回归模型进行OLS估计,实证分析影响城市创新能力的因素,得出的结论为:经济增长、教育水平、居民生活水平对城市创新能力产生了显著的负向影响;科技人员投入、城市环境对城市创新能力产生了显著的正向影响;科技资金投入对城市创新能力存在正向影响,但是不显著。
The paper takes time series data of Shanghai from 1991 to 2013 for sample, which is used to empirically analyze influence factors of innovation ability of city. Taking innovation ability of city as explained variable, and taking economic growth, education, input of science and technology personnel,input of science and technology capital, resident life,city environment as explanatory variables, and then the paper builds a multiple linear regression model. Through OLS estimate,test conclusions are as follows: the economic growth, education, and resident life are of significant negative effect on innovation ability of city; input of science and technology personnel, and city environment are of significant positive effect on innovation ability of city; input of science and technology capital has positive effect on innovation ability of city, but the effect is not of significance. On the basis of conclusions of empirical test, some inspiration is proposed.
