闭合性腹部损伤致小肠破裂的诊断与治疗

Diagnosis and Treatment of Small Intestinal Rupture Caused by Closed Abdominal Injury

目的 探讨闭合性腹部损伤致小肠破裂的诊断与治疗。方法 对 4 5例闭合性腹部损伤致小肠破裂进行回顾性分析。结果 本组均行手术治疗 ,治愈 4 1例 ,死亡 4例。术后并发切口感染 4例 ,盆腔脓肿 3例 ,早期粘连性肠梗阻 2例。结论 早期诊断 ,早期手术是提高治愈率 ,减少并发症 ,降低死亡率的关键 。

Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment of small intestinal rupture caused by closed abdominal injury. Methods To make retrospective analysis of 45 cases with small intestinal rupture caused by closed abdominal injury. Results This group of patients were treated with operation. 41 cases were cured and 4 cases were dead. 4 cases were complicated with incisional infection, 3 cases with pelvic abscess, 2 cases with early adhesire intestinal obstruction. Conclusion Early diagnosis and early treatment were the sky to raise the cure rate, to decrease the complications and to reduce the death rate. Around the operation period it is an important measure to prevent and treat abdominal infection.
