双波长分光光度法测定蒲公英中总黄酮 被引量:5

摘要 建立了测定蒲公英中总黄酮含量的双波长分光光度法。实验结果表明,以Al(NO3)3为显色剂,在测定波长为510nm,参比波长为590nm的条件下,总黄酮的质量浓度与吸光度差值△A在8.0~40.0μg/mL范围呈良好线性关系,相关系数r=0.9993,回收率为98.75%~102.30%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.24%。该方法操作简便,稳定可靠,重现性好。 A Double-wavelength Spectrophotometric method was proposed for the determination of total flavonoids content in dandelion.The results showed that,with aluminum chloride as chromogenic agent,detection wavelength at 510 nm and reference wavelength at 590 nm,the total flavonoids content exhibited a good linear relationship with absorbance difference△Aat the range of 8.0-40.0μg/mL and the regression equation was△A=6.2264c+0.0004(r=0.9993).The average total fiavonoids of 20.3mg/g in dandelion was detected,and the average recovery range of 98.75%-102.30% and relative standard deviation of 1.24% were obtained by using this method.Thus,the method is stable,reliable and accurate for determination of total flavonoids in dandelion.
