春笋冬出毛竹的营养成分、氨基酸和激素的比较研究 被引量:5

摘要 对毛竹(Phyllostachys heterocycla cv.Pubescens)林进行了地表覆盖增温试验,并对出笋毛竹和未覆盖毛竹的营养成分进行比较分析,结果表明:出笋林分植株的各种营养成分含量都比未出笋林分要高,但除了P外,差距不甚明显,竹林中增施氮肥有利于出笋;苏氨酸、丝氨酸、脯氨酸、蛋氨酸、赖氨酸5种氨基酸出笋林分比未出笋林分高出20%以上,这5种氨基酸可能对毛竹林笋芽萌动有一定的作用;笋芽的不同发育阶段的氨基酸含量是不一样的,随着发育阶段的前进,氨基酸含量也有很大增加;萌发芽GA3的含量是未萌发芽的12倍多,未萌发芽的ABA含量是萌发芽的5倍多,这表明鞭侧芽的萌发主要是由GA3/ABA的值来调控的。 Experiments were conducted on mulching in Phyllostachys heterocycla cv. pubescens in Huzhou, Zhejiang province in 2011 with no mulching as the control. Determinations were carried out on content of nutrient, amino-acids and endogenous hormones in leaves, culms, rhizomes of mulched stand and the control, as well as on that in germinated or nongerminated buds of mulched stand. The result showed that nutrient content in tested samples had no evident difference excluding P. Content of THR, SER, PRO, MET and LYS in tested samples from mulched stand was significant higher than that from the control, indicating that these amino-acids could promote germination of shoot bud. Analysis on the endogenous hormones content in samples from mulched stand demonstrated that germination of lateral bud of rhizome was controlled by GA3/ABA.
