A Historical Review of Soviet Union Political Environment and its Implication for Communist Party of China

苏联解体是多种因素合力作用的结果,其中从政环境的演变是不可忽视的要素之一。苏共执政期间,体制机制僵化,形式主义、教条主义、贪污腐化、奢靡享乐等问题严重,污染了从政环境,直接导致领导干部思想混乱、行为失范,腐败问题连发。污浊的从政环境使苏共逐渐丧失了民心,最终导致亡党亡国。对制度上和苏联有着传承关系的中国而言,营造良好的从政环境是国家长治久安、社会和谐的根本保障。

The Soviet Union dissolution was caused by many factors,of which polluted political environment was one of the most important factors.During the rule of Soviet Communist Party,administration was too rigid;the problems of formalism,dogmatism,corruption and extravagant pleasures polluted the political environment,causing the ideological confusion,misconduct and corruption bursts of leading cadres.Because of the polluted political environment,Soviet Communist party lost the affection of the majority of people,resulting in national disintegration.So,for China,which has introduced the administration of Soviet Union,creating a better political environment is the basic guarantee for national long-term stability and social harmony.
